Update
I have not listened to any news this morning. I just came in the house and from our driveway you can see a wall of flames that must be Poway. In the back yard, over the fence, far to the south you can see what looks like enormous flames, but I suspect that it must be exhagerated due to the smoke. It looks very errie. It must be Chula Vista. To the southwest you can see the hillsoutlined by fire. I am very sad for the people who lost their homes.

It's great to hear from you! whew! Sounds like you are very busy with your home and little one.
We are all doing well here. We spent the day at the tide pools.

How fun! I love reading about your adventures.
Baby Nate is growing up so fast! His latest game is to jump off of an ottoman into my (hopefully) waiting arms. He does it over and over until he's sweaty and breathing hard. He does everything to the limit- plays hard, laughs hard, cries hard. Just like his daddy.
I know you don't have the most time in the world for blogging, but I look forward to reading your stories and encouragement :)
